Lego Polar BearJoin PFP friends, and the larger LBGT community, for the 2nd Annual GAY DAY AT THE PHILADELPHIA ZOO, organized by the William Way Community Center [1], from 11am to 3pm on April 17th. Look for PFP members at the Impala Fountain at 11am. Wear your PFP shirt if you have one!

We'll also be meeting for lunch at 12:30pm at the Impala Lawn next to the small mammal house, so be sure to pack a picnic blanket and lunch to avoid the food lines. If it's too cool or raining, look for us in the nearby Peacock Pavilion for lunch instead.

Also, see the new, one-of-a-kind exhibit Creatures of Habitat [2] - animals made entirely of Legos, like this Polar Bear.

Discount tickets are just $10 per person, and can be purchased online at http://waygay.org/events/zoo2010.asp [3].

If you are a zoo member and can get others in with your membership, let Stephanie know (stephanie@phillyfamilypride.org). If you're like a lot of people and have a tight budget right now, let Stephanie know and she'll match you up with someone who has room on their membership to get you (or most of you) in for free.
